I've been in the Web Hosting Industry for more than 11 years and worked with different US and Australian based companies, as a Web Administrator and Master. Besides from the everyday customer & peer support, I was assigned to a project to perform web hosting accounts, email and/or DNS hosting & domain registration migration of a web hosting company based on Australia. I do have years of exposure to different Web hosting platforms such as cPanel, WHM, WHMCS, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, Parallel Plesk, Plesk and other custom Control Panels.
