Before transitioning into the legal field, Aia gained over a decade of experience as an HR Practitioner across diverse industries—including BPO, shared services, retail, and oil & mining. She built a strong foundation in recruitment, employee and labor relations, case management, process improvement, onboarding and movement, employee compensation, and benefits. These experiences not only sharpened her operational efficiency but also strengthened her ability to deliver excellent client service.
Aia holds a Juris Doctor (Law) degree from Arellano University School of Law, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, giving her a unique perspective that bridges both legal and people-centric fields.
