Eventually, I was promoted to Software Quality Assurance Lead where I managed the QA team, allocated our resources in various projects, and oversaw QA documentation. Additionally, I was assigned as the Business Analyst for a client in Canada where I served as the liaison between the client and the developers. I gathered the client's needs, feedbacks, and tickets and converted them into technical requirements. I also created and managed project sprints in JIRA.
