I’m Kevin with experience in technical support, HR operations, recruiting, payroll, and logistics administration. I currently work as a Product Support Specialist handling escalated technical cases, troubleshooting issues with developers and partners, and improving knowledge base resources.
I previously worked as a Google Workspace Admin managing user accounts, permissions, and security settings. I also have experience supporting SaaS platforms, investor relation websites, web hosting, and DNS management.
In HR and operations, I handle recruiting, onboarding, payroll, and compliance for FedEx Ground operations. My responsibilities include candidate screening, background checks and drug testing through First Advantage, I-9 and E-Verify processing, employee setup in Paylocity, weekly payroll processing, and operational reporting. I also monitor driver violations using GroundCloud and create performance reports for daily operations.
