I have been working with customers internationally thru BPO for almost 4 years. I do have the experience and skills to communicate and do the job efficiently. Generally, our work revolves around technical stuff like phones and phone numbers and since I am a Tier 3 Representative, I manage calls for phone number transfers and managerial calls. I'm really grateful to my previous employer for such a great opportunity to learn and apply these skill sets to my future endeavors which is why I applied for this position on your respective line of business.
