Client: Leading Global IT Distibution Company
Role: Business Development Manager / Junior Product Manager
• Responsible for helping drive and increase overall Microsoft Surface Devices and Hub revenue, market-share, and reseller breadth on a national scale (Canada).
• Provides periodic and ad hoc reports to help formulate effective sales strategies and inventory forecasts and identify target customers.
• Provides daily support to clients (internal and external) regarding product information, process guidance, pricing program inquiries, etc.
• Acts as the primary Product Manager.
• Sync with various departments, such as sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless product operations and alignment with company objectives.
• Work closely with the purchasing team to do buy-in and check inventory to ensure we have enough stocks and avoid overstock or stockouts.
