I have worked in the BPO industry for more than 14 years and have worked with several different fields or industries in the US such as telco, financial, insurance, collections, and travel.
I have extensive experience both in remote and on-site environments as one of the frontliners and as part of the Operations Support teams.
I have trained agents to help them improve their performance and meet KPIs. I facilitate trainings and coaching on processes, language, sales, and more. Part of my role has been taking over escalated calls and sales take-overs. Challenging encounters with clients do not make me falter but instead I am able to turn them around and make them leave the call into happy clients.
