I am very patient when it comes to dealing with callers and I am flexible enough to work under pressure. I have an attitude that can build a connection to my callers because I understand them and show empathy during the call and my callers love that especially every time I go above and beyond just to help them. I also have the ability to engage others in conversation, can solve problems and customer's complaints and most importantly I can ensure customer satisfaction. I understand that I still have a lot to learn especially about different accounts and roles and that is why I am eager to learn more and widen my knowledge because that is the only way I can be productive and be an effective individual in whatever role that is best fit for me.
