What makes me different:
Before bookkeeping, I spent 2 years as a Shared Services VA running real business operations, and I build automations in Zapier, n8n and Make. So I don't just process transactions, I fix the process. Receipts that never get sent, invoices entered twice, sales data that doesn't match the bank feed.
