I'm a BS Agricultural Biotechnology undergraduate from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños. I have also worked in the BPO industry for three years wherein I was trained to handle complicated concerns and provide satisfying and adequate resolutions to our clients for them to have a good experience from our service. I have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and record keeping, including maintaining financial records, tracking expenses, reconciling accounts, and ensuring accuracy in financial documentation.
