In my current role with a US-based tax and accounting firm, I process and categorize-----------financial transactions per month in QuickBooks Online. I perform month-end bank reconciliations, manage accounts receivable, track customer payments, record journal entries, and prepare Profit and Loss reports and Balance Sheets for accountant review.
For e-commerce bookkeeping, I review bank transactions and match them to existing sales receipts and refund/return transactions already recorded in QuickBooks Online. I manually record COGS through journal entries. I also completed 4 months of catch-up bookkeeping for an e-commerce business and catch-up cleanup for a US service-based business.
My primary tools are QuickBooks Online, A2X, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365.
