I am detail-oriented, as I am responsible for ensuring that all closing paperwork is accurate and complete. I ensure that all necessary documents are properly prepared and that the guidelines and conditions are satisfactorily met.
My responsibilities include sending initial closing disclosures to the borrower and to the title company, managing a loan pipeline, analyzing itemizations in Encompass, collaborating with the title companies to balance, answering some email inquiries about the specific loan file, and amending closing disclosures.
I am assisting VA, FHA, and conventional loan closings as well as bond loans such as TSAHC, TDHCA, and CHFA bonds.
It would be my pleasure to work with you either full-time or part-time. I am available to work five days a week and am willing to work long hours. I can collaborate well with people, even virtually.
