I have been a Customer Service Representative for more than 5 years and I have handled TELCO accounts from Australia such as Telstra and Optus. As a Customer Service Representative we are required to provide not just only customer satisfaction but also to be able to help those people who are in need to better understand the products or services that they bought/acquired. I'am also very much familiar with the 3 different types of English such as UK English, American English and Aussie English for I also worked as a transcriber at Spinvox Company where we convert Voice to Text messages. I also worked as an Online English Teacher to Chinese students for less than a year. I also worked as a Virtual Assistant for more than 8 years now.
