I worked under Shopify for two years as a Shopify Guru and later on, was promoted to Shopify Team/Squad Leader. I have been working as a freelancer for 11 years now and have extensive knowledge in Shopify, Zendesk, Canva, Amazon, Flip, eBay, and other CMS platforms/marketplaces and any admin tasks regarding Shopify, I have worked with over 800+ stores. I'm a Shopify Store Builder, Product Page Builder, and Shopify Customer Manager and handle store build and setup, basic code customizations, product page optimizations, and more. I've also handled the process/fulfillment of orders, shipments, customer inquiries, new product/photo uploads, product descriptions, and the whole setup of a Shopify store at the backend and storefront. I have consistently used Google spreadsheet, docs, and drive for financial reports, and also used Microsoft Excel and Word for other tasks as well. Having extensive knowledge of effective customer support through live chat, phone, and email has sharpened my skills to exercise clear and incisive communication skills, be socially active, adapt to new work environments, and build a good working relationship and work ethic with my co-workers and employers. I would love a stable job where we can both learn from each other.
