CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE
Amazon Direct Import (DI) Operations
• Manage end to end DI shipments from China and Thailand to Amazon fulfillment centers
• Create and monitor bookings in Century VMS and coordinate with freight forwarders
• Ensure compliance with Amazon ship windows, booking deadlines, and routing requirements
• Submit CLP, VGM, and SSCC within required timelines to avoid penalties
• Track container movement, ETD and ETA, and resolve booking or documentation issues
FBA Inventory Management and Replenishment Planning
• Monitor inventory levels across Amazon and multiple 3PL warehouses
• Forecast replenishment based on sell through, lead time, and demand trends
• Prevent stockouts and excess inventory through structured planning
• Manage stranded, aged, and reserved inventory to reduce storage fees
Inventory Reconciliation and ERP Management (NetSuite)
• Reconcile Amazon and 3PL inventory against NetSuite records
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate corrections with warehouse partners
• Maintain accurate stock reporting to support financial and operational decisions
Vendor Central and EDI Operations
• Handle Vendor Central workflows including shipment monitoring and compliance
• Manage SPS Commerce EDI transactions for retail and Amazon operations
• Support invoicing processes and resolve submission or compliance issues
Freight Forwarding and 3PL Coordination
• Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, and 3PL partners across US, China, and Thailand
• Manage cargo booking, container allocation, and shipment documentation (CI, PL)
• Ensure smooth cargo movement from origin to final destination
Process Improvement and Reporting
• Build and maintain shipment trackers and inventory dashboards as source of truth
• Improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors
• Provide visibility on shipment status, risks, and inventory health
