I have been working as a Customer Service Representative on my present job for 6years now and my job experiences is handling incoming calls by placing an order or checking status and items, callback when needed for customers request, ecommerce by helping them for their logins and technical issues like walk through the websites, and answering emails from the customers in different platforms. I also worked as a Data Entry, who facilitates on doing some edits on the products description on the companies website and basic Photoshop on images that needs to be clean and adjusting the resolution. I’m a good communicator and I can juggle multiple tasks at once. I tend to be teamwork-oriented and reliable. I’m also proud of my ability to preserve and overcome any challenges as they come up.
