I am a mother of 4, worked as breadwinner to our family. I've been working for this industry since 2006 and been handling several accounts like Best buy, Sprint, AT&T, Comcast, eBay, Blue Shield of California, SiriusXM, Prudential retirement services and WorldRemit services. I have handled voice, technical and chat with these accounts mentioned. I also tried handling escalations and being one of the SMEs. I was offered QA and team lead positions but I declined it. I am enjoying my role as frontliner. I worked for an Australian lawfirm named Brendan Rothschild Legal Group for 10months. My most recent work was with Southshore Finance Group as a Mortgage Admin Assistant from April 2025 to Oct 2025.
