As experienced bank employee, I am master in using Microsoft office program (Word, Excel & Powerpoint). Also, know how to use Canva, google drive, google docs/sheets, ang google forms. Continuously learning on self paced training on Xero and QuickBooks online. I can work with less supervision and well organized. Able to response immediate action for customer complaints and needs. Newbie on virtual world but have more than 10 years in banking industry. I'm willing to be trained and eager to learn the new work trend. I'm also tech-savvy and resourceful which makes me easily learn any skills and adapt to new environment and tasks by utilizing online resources. I have excellent researching skills that's why I can teach myself new things and know how things work.
