For more than 4 years, I worked remotely as a Real Estate Underwriter supporting US. properties. I researched comparable sales, looked at market trends and repair costs, and used that information to help determine property values and After Repair Value (ARV). I also worked closely with acquisitions teams to make sure the property information they were using was accurate when evaluating potential purchases.
What I enjoy most is the research behind the decision. I like digging through property information, comparing comps, checking the details, and figuring out what the numbers are actually telling us.
Before real estate, I spent several years in customer support, quality assurance, and team leadership. That experience taught me something I still use every day: accuracy matters, but so does communication. Good research isn't very useful if the information isn't clear, organized, and easy for the next person to use.
I’m a detail-oriented and analytical person, but I’m also comfortable working independently and learning new tools and processes.
