I oversee the full fulfillment operation managing workloads, deadlines, KPIs, and a cross-functional team across Account Management, SEO, Web Dev, Paid Ads, and Project Management. I've built the QC frameworks, SOP library, and reporting infrastructure from the ground up, and I lead the weekly L10 cadence that keeps the team aligned and accountable.
