I support two kinds of workload: running the operational side of an online store, and running the admin/coordination side of a business.
For ecommerce: Shopify store management, GemPages page builds, product listings, order tracking, and customer support (Gorgias/Zendesk/Freshdesk).
For operations: vendor and supplier coordination, RFQ/quotation tracking, freight and logistics correspondence, and travel/hotel arrangements for staff — the kind of work where accuracy and follow-through matter more than speed.
I've worked across customer service, admin, and ecommerce roles, so I don't need heavy onboarding to understand how a business's day-to-day actually runs. I'm also comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, n8n) to move through repetitive tasks faster.
Looking for a long-term role where I can take real ownership of either your store operations, your admin/vendor coordination, or both.
