Responsibilities:
- Conduct training for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding. - Lead upskilling programs to help current employees improve their skills.
- Collect and analyze data to identify training needs and improve session outcomes.- Organize workshops and knowledge checks to reinforce learning.
- Create and update training materials, including assessments, for clarity and relevance.
- Use graphic design and photo editing tools to create engaging training content.
- Support multiple departments (Voice, Chat, Email, Graphic Design) with training needs.
-Ensure all data is accurately encoded into the system upon receipt and respond promptly to all inquiries.
- Utilize client tools efficiently to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Tools Proficiency:
- Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive
- Adobe Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator
- Google Suite: Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites - Customer Support & CRM: Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, Shopify
- Other Tools: Orderhive, Confluence, Serenova, TalkDesk, Client Based Tool, Socialbee.
Knowledge and expertise:
- Strong understanding of the subject matter, allowing clear communication and engagement with trainees to help them grasp complex concepts.

- Proficient in adapting various instructional methodologies to meet the diverse learning styles and needs of participants, fostering an inclusive learning environment.
