• Collaborate with clients or creative directors to understand the vision and goals.

• Confirm that file formats, sizes, and specifications are correct for their intended platforms (e.g., web,mobile, social media).

• Ensure the correct and most up-to-date files are delivered to production or clients.
• Help establish and maintain QC checklists and workflows.

• Liaise with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
