With a background as a Training Supervisor in a BPO company, I transitioned into recruitment a year ago, where I’ve specialized primarily in nursing and blue-collar roles, with some exposure to IT. My previous role equipped me with a versatile skill set, including teaching, customer service, administrative task management, and people management.
