-Prepare meeting notes, action items, and summaries
-Track deliverables, deadlines, and next steps
-Maintain task visibility using ClickUp, Asana, or Microsoft Planner
5.Administrative & Operational Support
-Support Chief of Staff or leadership team with recruiting, interview scheduling, and onboarding logistics
-Maintain documentation, SOPs, and system updates
-Assist with additional administrative and operational functions as needed
