Estimation and Project Control Assistant (Remote)
*EstimationIdentify the scope/project work breakdown/deliverables.Review enquiries and prepare the MTOs for estimates and procurement orders in detail for all products.Prepare/send RFQs to vendors.Maintain and update records of supplier/vendor information, qualifications and capabilities.*Project Control AssistantReceive & evaluate quotes and issue purchase orders.Ensure timely completion of assigned workouts.Analyze project costs periodically, maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.Ensure that the products and supplies meet contractual quality levels.Stipulate the preliminary schedules as required.Production package planning with optimized solutions for schedule and price.Monitor shop detailing and approvals timely.Prepare and submit project progress/ status reports.Ensure project expenditures are monitored and controlled vs budgets, but no compromise on contractual QHSE requirements.
