-Post job vacancies and source candidates through job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and other channels.
-Screen resumes by using applicant tracking systems (ATS) tools or Workday, Google Suite, -----------
-Conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
-Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, through google calendar, Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, or Calendly
-Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers to support hiring decisions.
-Assist with onboarding preparation and hiring documentation as needed.
-Provide general HR administrative support and assist with other HR-related tasks as assigned through Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, -----------, Adobe Acrobat, and more.
