Having worked as a Civil Engineer in the Construction Industry for more than two years, I have experienced all the critical aspects of my field. Throughout those years, I was able to specialize in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, and Project Management. Below are the listed contributions when I held those positions:
1.) Project Management – I coordinate with General Contractors and General Consultants to make sure weekly targets are ----------- addition to that, I also coordinate with different organizations such as government agencies and other independent parties involved to ensure that the project is progressing smoothly. I am able to produce a Baseline Schedule for Construction Projects.
2.) Construction Management – I was in charge to oversee all engineering aspects as a General Contractor of various projects to ensure that the projects’ proper sequence of work, budget, and deadlines are met.
3.) Estimation – I also had experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for my previous company wherein I generate Bill of Quantities and Bill of Materials for the Bidding of prospected Projects with the help of a powerful software called PlanSwift and Bluebeam for a more accurate estimate.
