With being an Inside Sales Representative, I have also experienced conducting product demos or consultations virtually, managing pipelines through CRM systems and negotiating and closing sales. and upselling or cross-selling existing clients. I had 4 months training on handling rebuttals. I do produce quality appointments. I aim to dial as long as I can to get more contacts, and from there, to get appointments. I also worked as a Customer Service Representative in a Billing Department in a BPO Industry (Convergys: Directv) for 3 years dealing with mostly irate customers.
