-Entering subscriber and account data from source documents within time limits.

Placing and cancelling manual orders issues of the customers using SAP system. Inputing all the information like PO number, Ship to and SOLD to, and also the processed date to SAP/ERP sysfem to processed the request.
-Processing refusals including overshipment and shortshipment. This process can be done if an order in transit is not accepted by the customers and will returned back to the warehouse.
-Issuing credit notes or debit notes if the orders already invoiced but the goods not delivered.
-sending and answering emails to customers about the orders.
-amending orders approved by the customers to SAP system.
