I help healthcare and service businesses turn scattered social media into a clear content strategy and a posting rhythm they can actually maintain. I currently manage social media and content strategy for two U.S. hospice organizations.
Most of the businesses I work with aren't short on ideas. They're short on a system. Posts happen when somebody has a spare hour, the content doesn't connect to anything, and nobody is sure whether it's working. That's usually the part I fix first.
What I actually do
Strategy and planning. Audience research, competitor review, content pillars, brand messaging, and monthly or 90-day content plans. I build content around the questions your audience is privately asking, not generic industry posts.
Content production. Graphics, carousels, Reels, short-form video editing, captions, and calls to action for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. I create the work, not just plan it.
Publishing and systems. Content calendars, approval workflows, asset requests, and scheduling, documented clearly enough that you always know what's going out and when.
Reporting. A monthly review in plain language: what worked, what didn't, and what I'm changing because of it. I use your own account data to set the next content direction rather than following generic best practices.
On the healthcare side
Hospice content has to be handled carefully. The person reading it is usually a family member in a difficult month, so the content needs to educate and reassure rather than sell. That work taught me how to write about sensitive subjects, build trust slowly, and keep a brand human. It carries over well to any business where trust is the thing that decides whether someone calls.
How I work
I come from an operations background, so I build structure around the content instead of running everything through scattered messages. Approval statuses, production sheets, shot lists, organized files. If something gets in the way, like an account access problem or a gap in the content plan, I'll usually investigate it first and come back with a recommended next step rather than just flagging the problem.
Tools I work in regularly: Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace. I also produce AI-assisted short-form video when a client doesn't have footage or the budget for a shoot.
I keep my client list small so each account gets real attention. If you're looking for someone to take ownership of social media rather than wait for instructions,See my portfolio, schedule a discovery call that works best for you, and tell me about about what you're working on and where it's currently stuck.
I'll tell you honestly whether I'm the right fit.
