I have experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, and even Sales for a Telco account for 4 years and 9 years as a Mortgage/Loan, Investment Banking, Data Entry/Back-office analyst in one of the largest banks in the U.S.
In 2021, I began gaining valuable experience as a mortgage loan processor with a private lending company and commercial brokerage. Over time, I have developed expertise in processing various types of commercial loans, including DSCR (Debt Service Coverage Ratio), GUC (Ground Up Construction), refinance, acquisition loans, and among others. My responsibilities include managing the entire loan process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining smooth communication with clients, lenders, and underwriters.
I have extensive experience in ordering and reviewing third-party reports, such as title, insurance, and appraisal, to ensure all necessary documentation is in order. Additionally, I am proficient in handling data entry, document preparation, and ensuring that all loan files are complete and accurate for underwriting approval. I also focus on meeting deadlines and addressing any issues that may arise throughout the loan process, working closely with borrowers to facilitate a seamless experience.
