2 years working as Data Analyst- I started as a Part-time employee and when I graduated, they hired me as Full-time employee. We do analyst the legal documents like Mortgage, Guaranty Deeds, Release, Foreclosure and entered the necessary information and validate the mortgage amount and maturity date.
1 year working as Business Process Associates- Rewrite old legal documents to a new document that requires proof reading skills to assure the accuracy.
5 years as Quality and Process Excellence- Started at Billing Specialist and after 3 months promoted as Quality. We have different kinds of audits that requested by the client, sending daily report, Real time corrections requested through email from service center and manage the escalations of the whole operations. For additional task: We handle teams, providing feedback and coaching logs to the billers who have errors, discuss the daily updates and doing side by side monitoring.
3 years as Collection Analyst- Conducting Outbound, Inbound Calls and Voicemails reminding the past due invoices of every customer. We provide statement of account and advise for the status. We review the status and take appropriate action to resolve the issues in the account.
7 months in Finance Executive - Cash Application/Quality Auditor- Daily Application of receipts came from lockbox, branch and wire payments. Handle email request for application of the floating payment on the customer accounts, locating payments and adjustments like write off, also Correcting misapplication of payments.- Doing random audits to every processor and report the outcome every week. Provide feedback and coaching to the process who have errors. Conduct monthly review with the client and monthly calibration with the Cash Application Team.
