June 2023 - November 2024, I worked as Healthcare Advocate in Sagility PH, that has an account with one of the leading health insurance companies in the U.S.A. Where I handled benefits, eligibility, billing, pharmacy, and medical claims. After a few months, I was assigned as a Team Captain, who responsible for Service Recovery to make sure the team will still get a satisfactory Net Promoter Score.
July 2020 - June 2023, I worked as Viewer's Experience Advocate in Results-CX which has an account with one of the competitive streaming flatform in the U.S.A. Where I responsible to answer inquiries, billing concerns, account activation, and walkthrough the viewers with troubleshooting the app and their devices through chat. Additionally, promoted as Subject Matter Expert and handled administrative tasks.
March 2017 - September 2019, I worked as Care Specialist in iConnect Convergence Solutions, one of the subsidiary companies of ABS-CBN Inc., where I handled an inbound call providing an answer to customer's inquiries, complains, and help them with troubleshooting with their Television Digital Box.
January 2016 - February 2017, I worked in TechMahindra Limited as part of Installation Care Team, where I receive calls from field installers to get the Serial Numbers of the modem they installed from customer's premises and encoded it to our data.
May 2015 - November 2015, I was a Layout Artist who makes a layout for mugs, tarpaulins, T-shirt, invitations and etc.
