I have been in the BPO industry for almost 12 years and handled different positions such as Customer Service Representative, Technical Support Associate, Service Specialist, Subject Matter Expert, and Web Researcher. I worked with several international telecommunication companies such as Telstra and Optus (Australia), Bell (Canada), Verizon, and CenturyLink (USA). The experience I gained during my stint with these companies gave me the edge in providing a great customer experience. I can resolve customers' queries and complaints in a quick manner and deliver resolution fluently. I am into graphic and traditional arts as well. I worked on projects where I created company logos and designed menus, basketball game schedules, and player profiles. For now, I prefer virtual projects to maximize my work-at-home setup and would love to take on administrative and graphic designing tasks as my current endeavor.
