I've been with the BPO industy for almost 9 years now. I've been a customer service representative on my first year dealing with billing and customer oriented services. Then from that experience, I've d----------- to level up as a technical support rep and luckily after 6 months been promoted as part of advance tier 2 level technical support team that handles difficult situations and with some irate customers already and this for both U.S and Canadian Based Accounts. Currently I'm handling litigation software technical support for small to large firms. Besides, I've learned MS Word, Excel and able to show PowerPoint presentation from my previous employers with basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop Editing. Done some CSS and Java Sites in the past only for fun and I can rate my English proficiency as 9/10. Also submitted numerous reviews and writings on some websites and blog entries.
