2 years of experience as supervisor in a DME company where I do supervise CSRs in processing DME orders.
I am also knowledgeable in processing DME orders, verifying patient's eligibility and benefits, checking Medicare's same or similar and LCDs, submitting prior auth requests, and scanning patient's notes to qualify for certain equipment.
