Job Description
• Full blown ownership of payroll extraction & cross-referencing invoices for all contractors and PAYE of a UK-based company, and manage the entire HRIS data hygiene.
• Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment cycle of aspiring applicants under assigned hiring campaigns, and meeting the high volume demand plotted by the client. This includes sourcing potential hires, marketing, pre-screening, interviewing, extending job offers, issuing contracts, onboarding, and delivering hires on their start date;
• All while conducting administrative and clerical tasks such as digitizing information of applicants, communicating and maintaining close partnership with stakeholders, creating filing systems with the use of SuccessFactors, Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.), and Google applications (e.g. Sheets, Doc, Slides, Forms, etc.), and schedule meetings;
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for various hiring progress meetings;
• Respond to leaders and applicant inquiries;
• Account Interview Calibrations & Certifications, 90th Day Review, Daily Touch base, Minutes of the Meeting, etc.); and
• Perform ad hoc tasks as needed (e.g. Conduct learning and development trainings, Lead Special Projects (i.e. Onboarding, etc.))

Languages
• Fluent in speaking and writing English, Tagalog, and Waray-Waray.
Computer Skills
• Adept in navigating and using Microsoft Office with focus on Word, Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint, Forms, and Powerpoint and Google Services Applications such as, but not limited to Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive, Calendar, and Gmail.
• Intermediate level in editing, and lay outing videos and photos in Canva and iMovie.
• With sufficient experience in troubleshooting simple file errors, and system issues.
• With experience in Boolean Search.
