I have been in the Customer Service / Support industry for more than 15 years and the experience I gained is my strongest asset. I have handled travel, telecommunications, medical, finance, sales and technical support accounts.
I am able to conduct work through phone, email and chat. I am comfortable using online tools like Google Docs and Google Sheets. I have experience with Amazon accounts and have also used Shopify, Zendesk, Etsy, Groove, ManyChat, Slack, Freshdesk, Trello and did a bit of logistics monitoring.
I also did some social media management by scheduling posts in FB and IG, responding to and organizing FB and IG comments.
I am well organized and keep all transactions documented. I had extensive training and experience with data entry. I am driven to deliver excellent results.
