My background is primarily in U.S. property management operations, supporting multifamily portfolios using AppFolio and related systems. Over the past 5+ years, my work has evolved from executive assistance and operations support into property management operations, maintenance coordination, reporting, leadership support, and systems improvement.
My day-to-day experience includes:

One project I'm particularly proud of was helping manage an additional 100+ unit portfolio where vacancy counts were around 45 units when we took over operations. Through stronger coordination, leasing support, operational follow-through, and tighter workflows, vacancies were significantly reduced and mostly maintained around 2–3 units within roughly 2 months.
I also created KPI reporting systems for weekly owner reporting to provide visibility into occupancy, collections, vacancies, renewals, maintenance spend, and overall property performance.
