I am an Orders and Logistics Manager with hands-on experience in Shopify e-commerce operations, procurement, supplier coordination, order management, logistics, and SEO.

I manage the day-to-day process of handling customer orders from initial enquiry and quotation through purchasing, supplier coordination, dispatch, delivery, and after-sales support. I work closely with suppliers, warehouses, freight providers, and customers to help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently.

• Order Management – Processing orders, preparing quotations, monitoring order status, and coordinating fulfillment
• Logistics & Freight Coordination – Arranging deliveries, obtaining freight costs, tracking shipments, and resolving delivery issues
• Procurement & Purchasing – Requesting quotations, comparing pricing, coordinating purchases, monitoring lead times, and following up with suppliers
• Supplier & Inventory Coordination – Checking stock availability, communicating with suppliers and warehouses, and coordinating incoming and outgoing orders
• Shopify Store Management – Managing products, collections, pricing, inventory, orders, redirects, and general store maintenance
• Customer Service – Handling enquiries, quotations, order updates, delivery concerns, returns, and other after-sales requirements

• Product & Website Content – Creating and optimizing product descriptions and website content for both customers and search engines
