Hi Im ----------- and I'm 30 years old now. I am a person with strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to get along with people. I took Business Management Major in Marketing however due to lack of financial issue, I wasn't able to finish the course. Since then that I'm out of school, I try to apply to BPO or Call Center here in the Philippines luckily I was hired and I'm 8 years now in the business. I work as an outbound sales representative, then transfer to inbound costumer service and was promoted as Team Leader and on the span of 3 months, I was promoted again as a Senior Operations Manager. During my tenuity, I learned a lot of things, like managing people and how to over come pressure and most especially on how to be passionate on what you're doing. And that's what I want to highlight, to show you how passionate I am about the role and responsibilities that you will give me.
During my free time, I play volleyball with my friends. And I have interest in Social works or community work, voluntarily. In fact, I was once a Peer Educator where in, we do peer session and talk about how to prevent teenage pregnancy. And I love doing that.
