I’m a Computer Engineering graduate from Rizal Technological University with professional experience in web and software development. I’ve worked on government related systems like the BLGF web app, and I also build tools like Tax Mapping Layout, a one click printing solution for Section Index and Property Identification maps with automated layout, scaling, and clean PDF outputs.
I also developed AI powered tools and CAMA related tools that helped automate parts of the workflow, improve data handling, and reduce manual steps. My core focus is front end development using HTML, CSS with Tailwind, Bootstrap, and React JS, plus backend work using Python and Flask. On the AI side, I’ve handled data annotation and basic model training using YOLOv8, and I’ve also built academic projects that strengthened my fundamentals in creating practical applications.
