I have extensive experience as a Customer Support Specialist working for an E-Commerce company for more than 6 years. My main job is to process and fulfill orders and
communicate/support customers through emails. I also have experience as an eBay Product Lister. I find the job enjoyable not just because I’m earning money, but also because I know that I am an integral part of the company I work for. I have familiarized myself with how the e-commerce industry works by watching several webinars and YouTube videos and the experience I gained. With the basics that I learned, I worked on my craft and became an expert with providing the best customer support. I was able to use my experience being with the BPO Industry as a Technical Support Representative when I started to work on supporting customers through email to provide excellent customer service. I also worked as an eBay Lister and worked as an eBay customer support. I handled eBay cases, customer service, returns etc. I am well versed in using Microsoft Programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel. I love trainings because that is where I learn the most, so if in any case you would need to train me for additional skills, I’ll say “Yes!” in a heartbeat. I can work under pressure and with minimal supervision. I always follow instructions however I try to figure things out on my own whenever needed and find easier ways to complete task to increase productivity. I am a fast learner and tech savvy. I take pride in my craft and focus on my work as I know that it will be a reflection of who I am as a person, I always think that the quality of my job should speak for itself. I'm family oriented, I'm dreaming of a bright future for my family and working at home is a great advantage for me as I get to take good care of my family while earning money.
