No VA experience yet however, I have been working in a BPO industry for 5 years now. I've handled a B2B account where as we have to assist via calls (1 year) before and for the longest period, I've handled email support (4 years). These includes; order processing, order tracking, technical support, complaints and overall order management and account overview management.
