REMOTE SUPPORT - Helpdesk Role, ability to remote PC\Laptop issues via Teamviewer, Anydesk and other remote applications.
HARDWARE SUPPORT- Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end users’ requirements
SOFTWARE SUPPORT- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain and update technical support documentation
IT AUDIT-Handle asset management, maintain inventory, and liaise with vendors
NETWORK -Manage Information Technology infrastructure, system monitoring, and reports
SECURITY-Implement and monitor office Information Technology security and antivirus and firewall security
-Other duties include performing troubleshooting and support for scheduled server backups
