Over the past 4+ years, I’ve supported and scaled STR operations from 30 to 100+ properties, working closely with owners, cleaners, and vendors to maintain consistent standards and smooth turnovers. My role sits at the centre of operations—making sure properties are ready, issues are resolved quickly, and nothing impacts the guest experience.

Cleaning Operations & Quality Control
I coordinate cleaners, review reports, and ensure every property meets a consistent standard before check-in. I don’t just manage schedules—I pay attention to patterns, recurring issues, and gaps, and adjust workflows to improve consistency over time.
Maintenance Coordination
I manage maintenance issues end-to-end—from logging and vendor coordination to follow-ups and resolution—ensuring problems are handled quickly and don’t affect guest stays or property condition.
Property Readiness & Turnovers
I make sure every turnover is aligned with check-ins, supplies are in place, and last-minute issues are avoided through proactive checks and coordination.
Supply & Inventory Management
I handle supply ordering and tracking across properties, ensuring the right items, sizes, and standards are maintained without unnecessary reorders or gaps.
Guest Experience Support (when needed)
I’ve handled high-volume guest communication, including enquiries, issue resolution, and post-stay follow-ups, always with a focus on maintaining strong reviews and smooth stays.

I’m structured, detail-focused, and proactive. I don’t wait for problems to escalate—I try to catch them early, fix the root cause, and keep operations running predictably.
I’m comfortable working across multiple properties and markets, coordinating with cleaners and vendors daily, and adapting quickly to different systems and workflows.
Tools I regularly use include Hostaway, Guesty, Breezeway, Turno, Slack, Asana, Notion, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
I’m now looking to work with a team where I can take full ownership of cleaning operations and contribute to building a more consistent, scalable system as the portfolio grows.
