Key Responsibilities:1. Executive Assistance and Administrative Operations
I manage the daily schedule, communication, and official correspondence of the President. I prepare memos, reports, meeting minutes, internal communication, and project updates. I help ensure that office operations remain organized and that tasks are completed within deadlines.
2. Human Resources Support
I assist in recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee coordination. I help maintain employee documentation, support policy implementation, and ensure that processes follow standard HR practices.
3. Corporate Secretarial Duties
I prepare minutes and documentation for Board of Trustees meetings. I assist in preparing resolutions and official communication for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Finance and Business Office Coordination
I help process reimbursement requests, track receipts, and coordinate with the Finance Office to ensure complete and accurate documentation.
5. Academic and Student Affairs Support
I work with the President, Dean and faculty in managing academic schedules, coordinating communication with students, and supporting documentation of classes and academic records. I also assist the Student Affairs Office in addressing student concerns and maintaining proper records.
6. Liaison and External Coordination
I coordinate with government offices when needed, including BI, SEC, CHED, and DFA. I assist in preparing itineraries and supporting international guests. I also help in organizing events and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
