My name is Liv and I have over 15 years of combined experience in the BPO Call Center Industry in various fields including Luxury Travel, Publishing, e-Commerce, Finance, Software and Car Sales & Customer Service.
I started off as a Customer Service and Sales Representative and, eventually, worked my way towards managerial positions including being a Sales Manager and Business Development Manager.
I am a very passionate, coachable, very analytic and highly-motivated individual. I am adept in dealing with high-end clients directly as I used to be a manager for a Luxury Travel Agency based in the US for 5 years.

- near-native English speaking and writing skills
- knowledge in using CRMs like Salesforce & Hubspot, and tools like Slack, GSuite, Zoom & Outlook
- knowledge in using Kayak, Expedia & other travel databases
- able to read flight Apollo & KVS Codes
- extensive training in B2C & B2B inbound and outbound Sales and Customer Service
As of December 2021, the super typhoon Odette washed away my dream business, my beach hostel and bar. I had the chance to manage a car sales business based in Louisiana since then but they have recently folded due to the current recession. I am now in search for a career that I can give all of my passion, energy and time to and I am confident that I will be a formidable part of your team.
