I worked as a Customer Service Representative for 4 months handling a retail account in Concentrix and 4 months for a hotel reservation account in TTEC. My main role is to help and assist the customer based on their needs, and -----------cate the customer regarding all the details of their inquiries. I also perfor-----------ssaging, email, and outbound. I have experience also in the corporate industry for 16 years in ROH-----------chatech Phils as QA / QC Inspector. My responsibility is to conduct sampling inspection of all incoming products, make decisions, perform dimensional measurements, and encode and gather all the data for future reference.
